Print Systems Limited are well versed in the application and production of computer data-mailers.

Data-mailers are a multi-part, self contained computer form which has been pre-sealed inside an envelope. This type of document eliminates the need for a pre-printed form to be inserted into an envelope thus saving money by saving time.

Data-mailers come in several forms as follows:

• 2 part mailer.
  A mailer in its simplest of formats. Effective for use as a pay advice.
• 3 part mailer.
  Ideal for enclosing an invoice or similar document which will need to be separated from the envelope.
• Multi-part mailer.
  Ideal for promotional and marketing uses where several documents need to be enclosed within the same outer envelope.
